The IRS does not send email notifications, they send letters in the mail. The only way you would ever receive a message from the IRS in email would be if YOU initiated the conversation.

I filed my 2023 return but mistakenly used my 2022 W2's. I recieved a notification that it has been accepted by the IRS but it is incorrect. What can I do??
