"If [CapitalGainNetIncome] is greater than zero, then a binary attachment with the file name beginning with 'ScheduleD' must be present."
(Yes, the Schedule D is attached, and it has been named ScheduleD.pdf to comply with the Intuit required file naming convention.)
and its companion
"HI Corporation Information Worksheet: Name - One or more attached PDF file(s) have the type 'Other'. Remove thoese or change them to a different type."
(No, there are no files with type other. There are two required attachments, and the type for both is clearly accurate: "8453 Signature Document:IRS8453" for the one for the federal return and "Schedule D" for the one for the state return, as clearly shown when clicking on Attachments.)
Intuit tech support are, of course, utterly clueless and have no idea what is going on (where do they get these people? do they even know how to use a computer and have they ever even seen what the Intuit software is like? all they know to say is reboot, clear cookies and cache, remove pop-up blockers, when none of that applies to Intuit TT Business desktop software.)
Intuit: this is clearly a bug, as we've established that you do not do any QA. Please kindly release an urgent patch/fix to allow the filing of state (State of Hawaii here specifically, not sure what other states are so affected) C corp tax returns online.

Can you clarify what type of tax return you are filing and whether you have filed your federal return yet? In general, you must electronically file your federal return before your state return can be e-filed.
If your business is a sole proprietor or disregarded LLC, then you might be completing your business return as part of your individual tax return filing. In this situation, it is possible you need to mail in an attachment with Form 8453 after electronically filing your tax return. Please see this FAQ for more details on when you would need to mail in additional support with Form 8453 after electronically filing your return.
If you are preparing a C corporate return, TurboTax Business Online does not support C corporation returns. You must use TurboTax Business Desktop.
