re-entered AGI and was rejected . whose scam is this.

How did you enter your spouse’s AGI? It won’t let me

first make sure the filing status is joint.  then when you select electronic filing, it should ask about for the prior year's AGI of the spouse that was not on the return for last year. That comes from line 11 of their return. Turbotax already has yours unless you started the return in a new account.
