How to fix an efile

my wife was deleted on accident how to add her back to my efile

Go to My Info to enter your spouse' s information.  When you are in My Info under your own name, it will ask you if you were married, and then it will ask if you want to file together with your spouse.  Say YES in order to file a joint tax return with your wife.   Then enter all of her information.

Hope you are using the term "my e-file" loosely to mean your tax return.  If you already e-filed and did not include your wife's information, you cannot make any changes at this time.    Did you e-file it?

if you submitted your return then the answer is different. you have to wait until the IRS accepts the return and then correct or amend it. if it's rejected then you can correct it as described in the other thread,
