how to file state return on paper

I have desktop TT deluxe.  E-filed my federal return for free.  To e-file "state" (DC) return TT wants "Only $25 state e-file fee".  No thanks, I will file state by paper.  But TT does not give me that option, only choices are e-file now or e-file later, if you choose the latter it walks through to all done, see you next year.  How do I get TT to print state tax to file on paper?  Thanks.

If you've E-filed the Federal return, you must wait for it to be accepted, 

• Then you can choose to print the state return.
• There may be a fee for preparing the state return even if you don't e-filing it. 
• Don't forget to sign the paper state return
