how to file in Turbotax a worthless non-public traded bond of a bankrupted company

I bought a non-public traded bond directly  from a company which issued bonds through an insurance broker, not from a stock brokerage Co. The company bankrupted and my portfolio value is zero. How to file in Turbotax?
