TurboTax only goes back as far as 2019 so you cannot use a TurboTax product (unless you want to take a chance on a 2018 version from ebay or Amazon).

Otherwise, you can try contacting and enrolled agent to prepare and file the return for you.

You can also get the forms from the IRS and prepare them manually if the return is relatively uncomplicated.

And....you are too late to receive a refund for a 2018 return, even if the tax form shows a refund.   That refund has been forfeited and the IRS will not send it to you.   But if you owe tax due, you still need to pay it and will be billed by the IRS later for the interest and penalties for filing late.
