How to exclude foreign income from state in TurboTax?

I have some capital gains from selling a property in foreign country this year. It's subject to Federal tax, but not state. In TurboTax, how can I make the adjustment for NY filings? Which specific items?

If you're using TurboTax Desktop, in FORMS mode, go to the New York Allocation Worksheet, where you can adjust the Federal Capital Gains amount.
