How to enter K-1?

Turbo tax will not record the information I enter for my K-1. Turbo tax states it needs to ask me additional questions regarding my K-1 but only takes me to the screen to update the K-1 information. How do I figure out what Turbo Tax needs to successfully record my K-1 Information?
