How to enter 1099-HC

In your Massachusetts return, you will reach the page Let's Go Over Your Health Insurance Information. As you continue, you'll reach a page "Let's Go Over Your Health Insurance Information". This is where you enter the information from your 1099-HC.

I don't see it there. May it have something to do with me being a part-time resident and just having moved to US in October? When I see the report prepared by TurboTax, it has all the months of 2015 selected for minimum creditable coverage, as opposed to 1099-HC I have where only 3 months are selected.
