How to efile MA LLC Form 3 without efile Federal 1065?

Since TurboTax business does not support Form 8996 for Qualified Opportunity Fund, I had to mail in my Federal Form 1065. But the MA State requires me to efile my LLC return Form 3. In the TurboTax, it does not allow me to efile State without first to efile Federal. How to work around this situation?

MA requires all businesses have to efile. I was able to efile MA Partnership last year (2021 tax year). Apparently the program made some changes now, and it would not allow me to efile state if federal is not efiled. Need a way to work around this.
