How to efile a NYS return without a driver's license or State ID? I only have a NYC ID, which cannot fill out TurboTax NYS return e-filing box

You can check the box that says you do not have a NYS ID as one of the options under Enter your drivers license or state ID. Be ware, this will delay any refund you may be expecting to receive as they will need to validate who you are prior to issuing you the refund.
