Hello,
I am a resident for tax purposes. I have two dependents (10 and 6 yrs old). They don't have SSN or ITIN. I used "fileyourtaxes.com, file.1040.com and https://directfile.irs.gov/" to prepare my tax filing for 2023. All three requires me to put my dependents SSN or ITIN. Unless I do add SSN or ITIN my dependents are not considered in my tax return. Can I use Turbotax or any other software to e-file my tax as well as Form W-7 together?
On another note, My dependents don't have any income, do I need to file tax for them?
Help: @DaveF1006 @LinaJ2020 @Vanessa A
Many thanks.

The year that an ITIN is assigned, you cannot electronically file TurboTax or any other brand's tax return.
IRS form W-7 Instructions, here states:
You cannot electronically file (e-file) a return using an ITIN in the calendar year the ITIN is assigned.
If your dependents received no income in 2023, you do not need to file a Federal 1040 income tax return for them.
