You can find/delete a form using "Forms Mode" in a desktop (CD/Download) product or follow the steps below to "Delete a Form" in online products.  Be advised that based on your interview answers in the step-by-step, the local form may re-generate so you will want to re-visit your state interview and verify your answers when asked about local forms.  Typically the local forms questions are in the "Other tax situations/forms" section near the end of the state's interview. 

1. Select "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
2. Select "Tools"
3. Select "Delete a Form"
4. In the state section locate the local form you want to delete
5. "Delete"
6. "Confirm Deletion"
