How to delete an account?

Lost login info for account created last year, so I made a new one. However, I recently found my old info and I want to transfer this year's tax return I started working on to my old account to make it easier to keep up with.

Unfortunately, once a TurboTax account has been created, it cannot be deleted. If you'd like to clear all current information from the account, you can use the "Clear and Start Over" feature. Please refer to the TurboTax FAQ below for more information:
