I am sorry, you will have to go online to access your Tax Tools, it is not available on the Mobile App. Once you are logged in your TurboTax Online account,
THE SUGGESTED PATH DOES NOT EXIST.
Try this:
Go to your Federal interview section.
You should see a list of any policies here. Select the delete to the right of the policy that no longer exists and needs to be deleted.
There is no delete button. And it always says "I have received my 1095-A"
I have health insurance with my employer.
Ok ... say YES (even though it is NO) to you got a 1095-A and then on the next screen you can delete the unwanted entry form.
No delete. its asking for the marketplace identifier, and the premiums per month.
Go to the Deductions and Credits portion, select Medical. When you select Medical you will see affordable Care act. Select and Delete
I struggled with this for a while. There were multiple threads asking the same question, but only one of them had a helpful response, so I will pass it on: if you already created the 1095 form but want to delete it and finally e-file,
That does not work. The changes are not saved.
@Cbridges1. If you are opening TurboTax by just clicking on the mobile application on your phone, you will not be able to access the tools you will need to delete a form. Rather, if using your mobile phone, you need to log-in to your account using a mobile browser, such as Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari. When you log-in to your account in this way, then follow these steps to delete Form 1095-A.
Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question, however, I have tried that too many times to count in the last 3 days. It doesn’t work
Did you have a 1095-A on the 2020 return ? If so and you transferred the prior year info into the 2021 program a shell 1095-A could be your issue. Return to the 1095-A entry section and this time say YES to you have a form so you can get to the next page ... if there is a shell form there DELETE it and then say NO to move on.
Yes I did have that form in 2020. I just went back to the question and said yes. A blank form comes up, but doesn’t seem to be anyway to delete it. Thank you
I did have that form in 2020. I see the blank form when I changed the answer to yes. Can’t find a way to delete it though
