It's not deducted from Gross Receipts.
Deduct the health insurance premiums under Other Common Expense section. There is a category for Insurance payments for Health, long-term care and liability insurance. The other part of the premium deduction will flow to line 29 on the 1040 and reduces your adjusted gross income.
