How to claim my 3rd Stimulus payment

We had a newborn baby in 2020. I filed my 2021 Tax around May after the 3rd stimulus payment (I believe sometime in March 2021), In last year for 2020 tax files I was able to claim my newborn baby and claim the 1st and 2nd missing stimulus payments for the baby but this year I am not getting any options to claim missing 3rd stimulus payment for baby. I am using TurboTax Home and Business 2021 desktop version to file my tax. I did "Federal Review" and state review also, but not getting these options. Smart check says 0 error and it is giving me the screen to basically submit my tax.

Please advise how I can claim the missing 3rd stimulus payment

Is your income too high to qualify for the stimulus?  If it is too high the question will not come up.

It could be due to your income being over the limit. When you don't qualify for the 3rd stimulus check, you won't be able to see the option. 

To qualify for the 3rd stimulus check, your 2021 AGI is not more than:

• $150,000 if MFJ or qualifying widow or widower
• $112,500 if HOH
• $75,000 any other filing status.

Last year due to the newborn and covid situation my wife was not working and this year she started working and due to that my household income is high (Married filing jointly). Last year my household income is within the range, and my understanding is stimulus payment should be done with the consideration of 2020 taxable income.

Please advise if I can claim separately based on the 2020 file return.

There is no way to claim the third stimulus based on 2020 income.  There was a look back option for 2020 to use 2019 income for earned income credit  but nothing like that for stimulus.
