I would like to cancel my payment for TurboTax which is $110.00?  How do I do that?

I live abroad, and thought i needed to file state tax returns. However, in the state of Illinois, if you're not a resident in 2019, you don't need to file state taxes. I already paid Turbotax for filing in Illinois just like, 10 minutes ago. I can't find a way to cancel that payment - how do I do that?
