How to add more than 3 debts on Form 7203

I am required to fill out Form 7203 and have more than 3 debts. Instructions say to add additional Form 7203's to include any other debts that exceed the first 3. However, I cannot figure out how to add this in Turbo Tax. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
