Why do you think you do not have to pay federal income taxes?

Employers are required by law to withhold employment taxes from their employees.

You can be exempt if you have never filed before and don’t expect to have any tax liability.

You can print a blank w-4 form, complete it and give it to your employer.    You can use that to adjust the amounts your employer is withholding.   Employers are required by law to withhold employment taxes from their employees.  Employment taxes include federal income tax withholding and Social Security and Medicare Taxes.   How to update your W-4 in TurboTax

Your resident state, if they have income tax, has a similar form you may want to update as well.
