You can file one federal return per TurboTax Online account. If you want to file a tax return for someone else, you'll need to create another online account, with its own user id and password. If you use your online account to prepare another return, you'll end up overwriting your own information. It may be more economical for you to use the TurboTax CD/Download software, which lets you e-file up to 5 federal returns at no extra cost. Please see the FAQ below for more information.
