How long does it take Turbotax to display my tax forms for review before efiling? I've been waiting 20 minutes this time to view my forms.

If you go to the e-file page, there is an option for viewing or printing the return. If you don't see that, before filing, click on the (View and Print Return) button near the top of the page. That will take you to the print and view the return. You can also save a .pdf to keep on your computer..
