The order status does not mention the CD, only the Download

Did you buy the CD or buy the Download?  If you need to download your program…..

A Intuit Phone Representative walked me through the CD/Download process Online: she told me, I would be receiving a CD, as well as the Download I got.

I bought the 2018 Turbotax Home & busines CD. Does this mena I can immediately 'download' ... then receive the CD by mail?

Only if you are on the Advantage plan and got charged on November 7.  Then you get both.  Otherwise, Contact Customer Service 5am-9pm Pacific time 7 days a week, <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/">https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/</a>
