How long does it take to get the stimulus payment once taxes are filed

no one can answer this question. the IRS is way behind in processing 2019 returns and manual returns are not being processed at this time. for example son and i filed on same date. he got his about a month ago. I got mine about a week ago. if your name comes up and the IRS has not processed your 2019 return they'll use the 2018 return. if no direct deposit info they'll mail the check to the address on the '18 return. this will be followed up by a letter from the IRS about 2 weeks later.
