After January, e-filed returns generally sit in Pending status for 24-48 hours before coming back as either Accepted or Rejected. Sometimes state returns stay in Pending for several days or even longer.

I filed my taxes thru one site and because I didn’t kno my agi it got rejected so I went to the site I did them on last year..I did them on 1/15 and it has been in the pending status every since why? When I did it on the other site it rejected it the very next day? Should I not have done that?
Ok ... what happened is the first filing was picked up in one of the TESTING groups last week ... now you may or may not get picked up in the next testing group later this week. If you are not you will need to wait until the IRS starts processing everyone on 1/27.

My return was rejected due to wrong agi. I fixed it within minutes of notice. How long is it going to be before my return is processed again?
It will take about 48 hours for the return to be processed again by the IRS, until then it will go back to pending. Please see this TurboTax FAQ about "Pending Status": https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/return-status/help/what-does-pending-mean/00/26331.

I filed my refund it's more than 3 days, and it's not accepted nor rejected. What does that mean and what should I do in that case.
Don't worry -- it probably means that the IRS is slow to update the e-file status of your return, especially over a weekend. Just keep checking. Please see this TurboTax Help article for instructions: How do I check my e-file status?
when turbotax deducts money from my refunds, does that mean that i will get my refunds? i am asking because i noticed my colleague got accepted on turbotax but they didn't give her the order confirmation email that they deducted from the turbotax
If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, you can check the status of the deposit on the TPG website here.
