How enter 1099 DIV dollars?

Form 1099-DIV is used by banks and other financial institutions to report dividends and other distributions to taxpayers and to the IRS.

To report your form: 

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account and open (continue) your return.
2. Select Federal from the left menu.
3. Select Wages & Income.
4. Scroll down to  Investments & Savings and click open to Edit/Add.
5. Click Yes on the screen Did you have investment income?
6. If you see the screen Your investments & savings or Here's your 1099-DIV info, select +Add investments.
7. Select to Import your form or Enter a different way 
8. On the following screen select Dividend 
9. Next, select how you would you like to upload your 1099-DIV or select to type it yourself.

And you may need to upgrade to Premium to enter a 1099DIV.

In TurboTax, go to the income section, select Interest & Dividends

click on start and enter the information - you can them enter the amounts individually or if from a broker, 

just enter the total amount, titled "various". enter the info listed from the 1099 DIV
