If TurboTax determines that you require a different version in order to file a form that you are trying to add to your return then it will require you to upgrade. So there may be no getting past this warning. However, if you have added something to your return in error that is making the program think that you need forms that you do not then you should be able to go back and delete the added information so that you can skip the upgrade.
