How do you delete 1099-misc form?

1099misc form doesn't seem to be working correctly. It is very confusing, number 1, but I attempted to press the "Delete info for this work" and it does not delete the work. I am trying to start, just the 1099misc from scratch, but I can't seem to be able to do it.
