How do we start for 2016 taxes?
We can't seem to find where to start on turbo tax for 2016.
So happy you're choosing to file with us! Here is how you can go about getting started!
First, go to https://turbotax.intuit.com/
Once you're there you'll want to sign in by clicking the Start For Free button OR the Sign In button at the top. If you do not have an account with us you'll need to create an account.
Once you are signed in, there should be a big orange button that says "Start My Return". That is what you'll want to click on.
If you do have an account with us and don't remember the username or password, not to worry we can direct you in the right direction.
If you know the email you used for the account last year, you can use our Account Recovery Tool.
This
will allow you to see all usernames associated with whatever email you
enter. Once you have the user name, you can change the password and get
into the account.
