How do I upload W-2s from Fidelity?

Are you an employee of Fidelity?   A W-2 is a document you receive from an employer.  

Or do you mean you are trying to import some other kinds of tax documents from Fidelity -- such as a 1099R or 1099B?

Most financial institutions do not have those documents ready for import into tax software until later in the season.   They might put them on their site for you to print or see, but they are not yet formatted for import into tax software.   If you want to enter them before importing is possible, then you can key in the information by hand.
