How do I upload/submit supporting documents for Missouri return?

Form MO-PTS requires proof of payment for property taxes. If I file electronically, how, where, etc. do I submit this document?

You don't. TurboTax will prepare the form for you and when you have finished your return then you will print out form MO-PTC and attach your proof.

Sign and mail your completed Form MO-PTC and all attachments to: Department of Revenue P.O. Box 2800 Jefferson City, MO 65105-2800
