How do I update my legal name on turbotax? It's not b/c of marriage. I reclaimed my maiden name after several years being divorced.

did you update your name with the Social security Administration? if not use the one on your Social security Card

If you have updated you name with Social Security, then:

1. Open your return.
2. Click on My info on left-hand side of the page.
3. On Personal info page, click on Edit to the right of your name.
4. Enter any corrections.
