How do I update my it229 form before filing?

I cant figure out how to change an incorrect answer to a line on my it229.

To edit your answers for IT-229, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open your return.
2. Click State on the left-hand side.
3. Click Edit next to New York.
4. On the screen, You Just Finished Your New York Return, click update next to Credits and other taxes.
5. Continue through the screens. 
6. Answer yes on the screen Real Property Tax Relief Credit.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to edit your answers.
