How do I talk with an expert? I'm not seeing an option to talk with an expert. I only have the option to post a question to the community.

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

When I click on 'lets talk', I don't have any options for a call. It only gives me the option to post to the community.

I also have tried calling filing a case and calling, and it hung up on me vs. connecting me to an expert.
