What "specialist" do you mean? You are not posting from TurboTax Live. Did you actually use one of the "Live" online versions that includes help from a tax expert? What mistake do you think occurred? If you did not use online "Live " software, you cannot get online "live" help. Please provide some details---but no personal information like SSN or phone number etc.
Turbotax changed their policy a couple of years ago. If you don't pay for the Live or Full Service versions, you can get technical help to use the program but you can't get tax advice. You can post your question to this forum and there are many knowledgeable volunteers and some Turbotax employees who can answer.
