You must be on the mobile app (you can download from ios or google play store) or on your mobile phone's browser to get the option to take a picture. When you get to the W2 area of TurboTax, you will be asked to snap a picture of your W2. You can also just import your W2 instead if you are on the online version which is quick and easy too. Just type in the EIN from the W2 and TurboTax will attempt to import it.
