How do I submit my W2 and other tax forms after filling my tax returns online?

After e-filing a tax return using TurboTax, there is no need to mail your W-2's or Form 1099's to the IRS.  The tax data from these forms were electronically sent to the IRS.

But save your W-2's for your own records. While you still can, print a copy of your current year tax return and save it as a pdf, too.  That way you will have it when you need it for school, a loan, etc. without going through a lot of aggravation to get it.

You also have to save your W-2s and other forms in case the IRS asks for them later.
