How do i start a new return

when i buy a tax program on cd i can file up to 5 returns...is this not true of a downloaded program

This is true for a downloaded program as well. Using the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your personal computer, just save the return that you are working on and then start a new return by clicking on File at the top left of the program screen and then click on New Tax Return.
