How do I review turbotax?

Is there no way to add a review for turbotax? How can this have a 4.5 star rating? I have been using turbotax to file for the past three years. Have recommended it to several people who had also switched over to it. 2018 will be the last year for all of us. Misleading buttons. Over a three month period I received 24 emails constantly encouraging me to log in to turbotax. Had a 90 dollar credit it would not let me remove and charged me over 130 dollars for this credit being there. Shady and deceptive.

Stopped doing them a couple days before April 15th and should start up again for those who did extensions.

I have used Turbo Tax several times in the past and it was ok when it came on a CD, but the online version has a basic error for seniors with OAP income, so if you are a senior, don't bother with TurboTax.  Also, I never did get a reply to a help inquiry, so don't waste your time or money on TurboTax.   Try Simple Tax instead.    Less expensive and it works properly.

I agree with this. In fact, its pretty clear now that their whole plan all along is to provide a poor, confusing experience so that you have to pay extra for the live advice. This might seem like a smart business move at first, but people aren't as dumb as this strategy supposes. It's pretty clear. This year, I hit a snag immediately when the program incorrectly categorized withholding on my W2 and put them in the wrong boxes. This is a simple, basic function that's worked well in the software for decades, and they expect us to believe it just suddenly is making mistakes. Their user base will catch onl I'm going to try H7R block next year but I suspect ath will be underhanded toto, since they started as  alive advisory service.

This is really sad, when I googled how to leave a review for turbo tax, it's basically crickets. You are absolutely right, their site and service is completely MISLEADING. I even reported this on the phone with the people I spoke with. Professionally. I was not one of those horrible phone calls where I made life difficult lol, I've been there done that from the other side. Turbo Tax has gone into a land of misleading, i paid for my tax returns which I found out later it's supposed to be free. They make that free filing difficult to select. Also, I've alawys direct deposited into my BANK account every year. This year it went to some credit karma spend account. perfect. Guys u fooked up so bad, i don't even know where to start! This first message to hint where things went wrong could not be more true!

Once you file your return, as long as the settings to receive communication from Intuit don’t block it, you will see a pop-up message or receive an email with a survey asking you about your experience.
