How do i restart my taxes

When I click on my account there is no option to clean and clear option it won't let me do that to restart my application

The only way to do this is to clear and start over.  This will give you a chance to choose the product you want or start with the basic and upgrade if you need to.  Please see the TurboTax FAQ below to get started.
