How do I restart my 2441 form?

To restart your Form 2441 - Child and Dependent Care Expenses you should:

Enter dependent care in the Search Magnifying Glass box in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Select Jump to dependent care.
You should be at the first screen to enter the information for Form 2441
