How do I resolve problems with document upload?

I've tried both PDF upload and using the camera option to upload pages and receiving errors under both instances

Yep...some folks cannot upload their documents that way....and all that is left is to enter them manually.   even if you had uploaded them that way, they may have had some errors that might drive you nuts.

If you can't import directly from the provider?

......on the page where TTX offered to upload as pictures or PDF files....look for the text lower down on the page to "Type it in myself".....click on that and enter your data manually.   You do need to have properly selected the proper form-type fist ..like a 1099-INT , or 1099-DIV...etc..
