Did you complete a return but not file it? The fees are to produce a tax return. Not to file one. If you completed the return you aren’t charged until you file it. Did you file it?

If you prepared a return and attempted to e-filed but got a rejection, or if you paid but just did not file, you are unlikely to get a refund from TurboTax but you can have that conversation with customer support.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

You pay to use TurboTax to prepare your taxes.  Once you finish and pay for the service, the completed tax return is yours and no way to return or refund it.  Even if you go to another service, you still have used and still own your TurboTax return.  It is like going to a resturant and eating dinner and then deciding to go eat another meal somewhere else.  You still ate the first meal and need to pay for it.
