Every year when we file our taxes we are able to review the asset section on the return and make any necessary changes. This year it does not appear and I need to show that an asset was sold. Online chat doesn't know why. How can I view this section so I can file our taxes?

If this asset is owned by a business or rental activity, is it possible you reported that the activity ceased operations last year? TurboTax removes assets if the business closes or if you report you stopped using the asset for your business. It might help to review your return from last year to see if the business/asset was finalized.
Do you see other topics for the related business? If so, can you review the details for the business? Are other assets listed? If so, can you review those assets?

Thanks for your reply. I have cleared my cache and cookies. I still can't access the asset schedule. Question...if the asset was purchased in 2012 is that why it is no longer showing up because it is fully depreciated? If so, do I show the sale of the asset as just regular income? Thank you!
