Its a token number not a phone number. The number again is 72701963-29519658 and its IL state.
Not sure why you system keeps deleting the token number. You will need to help me on how to post it without having your system autodelete a part of the token number. Thanks.

I've looked at your Schedule ICR. The amount on line 5 is not pulling from line 3 of the Smart Worksheet. I confirmed this by changing the amount on line 3 of the smart worksheet and it didn't change the amount of the credit on line 5.
Instead, the issue you're running into is your income. There's an income limit of $500,000 for this credit. Since your income is over that threshold, you don't qualify for this credit.
