Here is the detail of the bug.
It is in IL Schedule ICR. On Line 5 the amount in Line 3 and 4g need to be compared and the lesser amount is used on Line 5. Unfortunately the comparison uses Line 3 from inside the \"Homeowner's Property Tax (PT) smart Worksheet\" instead of really comparing to Line 3 of the Schedule ICR which says \"Subtract Line 2 from Line 1). As a result the wrong amount is used in Line 5 of the Schedule ICR.
