How do I receive my Amended Federal Tax Return?

I had filed my taxes back in January and received my refund, but I had missed one W2 to file in that I had received in the mail later from one of my prior employers who moved out of state in having forgotten about that one. I then went to amend my federal tax return in February before the deadline, which it was accepted on TurboTax. I haven't received the rest of my refund since and wanted to see what step I'm missing on doing to receive it.

The IRS is still behind processing returns.  Normally an amended returns take up to 16 weeks to process. It can take up to three weeks from the date you mailed it to show up in our system.

Connie What is going on with TPG and TurboTax? According to TPG my money was sent out in April. But that is not true. The Better Business Bureau gives TPG an F rating. Please help me out with this thank you.
