How do I pay electronically with my extension?

OK ... it is too early to file an extension electronically thru TT ... that will not be available until mid March  and  the IRS is not yet ready to accept 2022 extensions or payments yet either ... probably not until February if you want to pay online.    If you must file an extension now get the form from the IRS and mail it in with a payment.

The tax year 2022 extension request is not yet available.  When it becomes available in March 2023 you can e-file the Form 4868 and pay the taxes owed by direct debit.
