How do I opt out of the fine for not having health insurance? The president signed an order that the fine was not enforcable
Although you can file a false tax return and not report it, you can NOT "opt out" of the fine, and the President did NOT sign an order saying it was not enforceable. He just asked other government agencies to do what they can to 'undo' the healthcare rules, but as of now, NOTHING has changed, and the penalty for not having health insurance still applies.
